When my daughter “came out” to me, all she said was “by the way mom, I’m bi”. I said “that’s nice. Now shut up, I’m watching TV” (What closet?).
My Mom happily accepted the fact that I’m bi. She even made me a blanket with the bisexual colors. She’s definitely supportive.
When my son came out to me, I wasn’t surprised…I was worried for his safety but always supportive and there for him. When both of my daughters came out as bi I was shocked but always supportive as well.
