Hard to believe a person in her late 40s, in 1999, wouldn’t know how email works. By the way, if you honestly believe you lost all your content the first time, why wouldn’t you temporarily copy it to a Word doc, or something the 2nd time…as a backup, so you wouldn’t have to keep recreating it.

I know she doesn’t understand computers but what exactly does she expect to happen? It to stay on screen after she hits send?

She must be pressing the enter/return key at the end of each line and it’s sends the message incomplete as it is. LOL XD
