Since my Christmas present poem to the Cappers on Friday went over like a lead skunk, I won’t be doing that anymore, but Merry Christmas to all the Cappers! I missed the movie favorites iists yesterday. Here are a few of mine: for comedies, “The Court Jester”, “Duck Soup”, “A Night at the Opera”,. “Network”, “Annie Hall”, “Take the Money and Run”, “It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World”, “My Little Chickadee.” For epics, “The Ten Commandments” and all three of the Lord of the Rings movies. For musicals, “The Music Man”, “Mary Poppins”, and “Chicago” (among others!)
@Mikey jExcellent redo! The original of today’s was embarrassingly weak, and even when the current team bothers to fill in a panel (in this case with party-goers), it wastes them. Whereas your conversations were funny (especially “Are we still married?”) and your punch line was one of the best I’ve seen in quite a while. Excelsior!
That’s the Ticket; have some humour in the Strip! . . . . Todai’s was a “Mutts” AC. Alleged humour.^^Yeah, I can’t understand why Mutts is so popular, it has never made me laugh.
Hey ! That’s neat ! How did you get slightly right facing blase looking “Mildred”, facing left and perturbed looking ?^^I C&Ped her head, then reversed that image so that she was looking the other way, then I erased the mouth & eyes, and redrew them.
Doing a quick back and forth between um… Good job, Mate !The mouth is spot on and the pupils and eyebrows convey the emotion all too well.^^I’ve been drawing cartoons since I was 7 :)
I like your version WAY better than Mahoney Goldsmith and Garnett’s version. Keep up the good work!! :)^^it’s easier when there’s no deadline pressure… not that you should excuse the 3 clowns for that.

Anoles are cute lizards…… who wouldn’t want them around? Not quite as cuddly as a bunny (either variety) but nice to know.
