Let's take a look at some of the principal players! Nate Wright Our hero - a VICTIM of "the system"! Mrs. Godfrey Sadistic social studies teacher; has sent countless students "up the river." Mr. Staples Power-mad and rapidly balding cafeteria monitor! Mrs. Granger Rules the detention room with an iron fist...and a wooden ruler! Mr. Nichols! The principal! He writes the detention reports...then sends them to parents! Dad: What could this be? It's from your school. Nate: Er...I'll be outside.
