Ahh, clarithromycin, my doctor’s favourite antibiotic. It works, but wreaks havoc on the ol’ digestive system (as antibiotics are wont to do – they kill “good” bacteria as well as bad). I’m actually suffering a very persistent cold right now that feels as though it’s starting to get into my lungs, so another round of clarithromycin is probably in my near future. I swear, when I take it, I could s#!t through the eye of a needle at 100 yards…
