When my son was 7, he neglected to tell me it was photo day, OF COURSE that was the day he went to school with uncombed hair, an old plaid shirt, and pants with a hole in the knee. The class pic was embarassing for me!

Agnes, you’re going to give your poor grandmother another heart attack! I’m glad they can afford their school photos, at my daughter’s school you have to order package A before you can order anything else starting at $16 and I had multiple children in the school but they had to take separate pictures. Needless to say, they didn’t get them taken every year.

This is just hilarious!!!! I LOVE the eyelashes; and that up-do is pretty special! (My daughter’s a beautician; I appreciate what needs to be done to get it done.)

Does Trout know the meaning of “clavicular”? (see panel 2 — based on what she said, that wouldn’t be shown in the pic TO glare)

And several years from now, those same kids will look at the photos and ask “Who’s that?” Someone will say Agnes. Then they’ll understand.

My mother died as I was entering junior high. One day in seventh grade I took it into my head to go to a salon. I guess they thought they were doing me a favor, but I came home with a beehive. My father didn’t like it. My brother didn’t like it. The lady next door who helped us didn’t like it. And when my Catholic school teacher saw it, she made me stand out in the hall with a comb until that ratted-and-sprayed mess was combed out. That was about fifty years ago. Obviously I’m over it now. I just PRAY FOR AGNES!!!

The school where I worked took everyone’s picture for the

school records. Buying was an option, but you were forced

to have a picture taken. Even the staff! I’m still bitter! lol

OH MY!

Never could do the big hair. It always went for a nose dive..Trout has talent. She might never win a Noble prize for math or chemistry. But she will earn big tips for her beautican skills..I don’t think I have ever seen Agnes look so glam. This class picture will be a keeper. She can share it with her grandchildren.

I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this, but I almost think that under the circumstances, Agnes’s hair looks almost what’s the word good?
