Exactly, my “about to lose” are all about it getting tangled in my hair or knocked/caught on something like my coat. My hubby or I usualy catch it before it’s gone for good..Which is why my nice diamond studs have SCREW backs and posts. (You can also have chains put on bracelets that will catch it if it starts to come un-done but they can get caught and broken themselves so it’s all about what works for you)

I’ve actually thought about this. Ended up duct taping the earring lock to my ear – they always are too large and slide off the post.
