Alice shows and Dill tells. Not a good combination at all. I’m also impressed Alice’s little plastic sword isn’t confiscated by the teacher and then by the principal; it could be considered a weapon.

I would be more worried about any salad that the Dill family kids tried to sneeze on. What sword?

Dill’s brothers must have been snorting some pepper to test the sneeze guard.

Now, Alice, don’t jab Dill in the arm with your little plastic sword! He’s just butting in, the way men sometimes stupidly do. Since he is your future husband, you need to able to deal with this kind of provocation in more subtle ways….

I love that in the middle two panels you can only see half of Kevin’s impassive face. He seems unimpressed by both the plastic sword and the sneeze guard.

You all realize that Alice is not actually in school. The Bliss School is a day care.
