Yes that’s what I want for Christmas, Myrrh. Give me myrrh for Christmas. Have no idea what it is but I want it.

If there had been Three Wise Women instead of Three Wise Men, they would have asked for directions, arrived on time, helped deliver the baby and brought practical gifts.

Hey, the wise men stoped and asked for directions; remember, they asked King Harrod about the new King that had been born recently - And that ended about as badly as it possibly could…

And man has never asked for direction again.

Frankicense and Myrrh are oils and incense to worship god with. Because what newborn ababy isn’t ready to worship god? Silly me, I’d have bought diapers or a teddy bear.

This year, everytime I heard the song “Do You Hear What I Hear” on the radio, I was struck by the line “A child, a child, shivers in the cold…let us bring him Sliver & Gold”. I kept thinking, “wouldn’t a BLANKET be a better gift???”
