When I had Stella Bella, and her siblings (Andrew Ransom, Quincy Jack, and Josephine), I taught them all to howl on cue when it was time for treats! Stella was the best, and loudest, of all!

(Yesterday, I was standing in my front yard, inspecting a 12" diameter hole that mysteriously appeared. With no warning, the ground opened up and swallowed my left leg up to my thigh! Result: I sprained my notsogoodanyway right knee, right thumb and right shoulder!)

Heard from Grog/my Fellow Baby. He is under the weather but hopes to be back soon. Like me, he doesn’t get sick often, but when we do, we know it! Also, I couldn’t access gocomics last night so I couldn’t come and tell you and was out of the office today.

Stel sounds like you may be living over some sinkholes. You better get that checked out. Be careful!

It’s a Wade Figurine. Red Rose Tea used to pot them in boxes of their tea.Ive bin looking for Wade bunnies lately .

numbersix! sorrysosorry I didn’t answer your suggestion yesterday for a funnier way for the thing to flow…..well, if Clara turned the over head light off it wouldn’t be totally dark, since Claude is watching tv, and anyway, with Cleo’s suggestion , I can still end it but in a 4th panel, with Cleo saying (after Claude has left) “she just had to coax him” …..that way I can still use the awful pun.it’s just that my initial attempt to use it was clumsy and this is better.

nighthawks I liked both Six and Cleo’s ideas, you could use both in 2 separate strips, could you not? Cleo’s/cleokaya’s seemed to work better in this one. Just MHO.
