Hi, Shika. I’m watching the first couple films of a Jean Harlow collection. I’ll be watching the other 5 over the course of the weekend. I’m on the second film now. She had a good comedic timing from what I’ve seen so far. It’s really sad how she died.

There weren’t any solutions for failing kidneys back in the 1930’s. She died at the young age of 26. Her final film Saratoga (which is included in the collection) was 90% complete when she died. The film was completed and released as a tribute to Harlow.

I signed up at the TCM fan page about a month or so ago. I read it there.

I’ve also bought some great collections over the past couple months as well. From Jean Arthur to Jean Harlow and Claudette Colbert & Carole Lombard as well as Dark Crimes to Universal Rarities that are all part of the TCM Vault collection. Some really great stuff that you don’t see all that much even on TCM.

I already have a Cary Grant collection, but they have another collection that includes The Bachelor & the Bobby Soxer that I also want to acquire soon.

That should read deems my presence mandatory. I am the one who gets awakened from dreams. :-)
