Somebody was asking here about Ballard Street….

When Jerry Van A retired, on March 31st, they started re-runs there the very next day, as well.

For the whole month of April, we got April of 2013 again… then on April 30th, it all bogged down, and has been stuck there.

Someone suggested that it might be some sort of contract dispute with Van Amerongen…. and that could be it… but who knows.

I just hope they work out whatever it is, and restart the reruns, at some point.

A fellow called ChessPirate is single-handedly posting links every day to the 2013 strips that they would have been re-running….

so you can comment on them in 2019, on April 30th, or post new comments back in the old forums.

It would be nice if more people did that with him.

I just can’t do it right now, myself… too hard finding myself back in the 2013 comments…. but maybe soon.

Hopefully, they worked out any contractual details with Mark O’Hare years ago…..before the last couple of run-throughs…. so Citizen Dog is good to go.

Yes, it was nice to see it start over right away. I wasn’t expecting that. Thanks for the info on Ballard Street.

I zoomed in and saw 5/15 but I couldn’t make out the year. When did CD first run? (I have only been here for part of one re-run and then this last full repeat.)
