liG prohT—The Alternate, Parallel, but INVISIBLE Universe P1 There’s a stranger in the hallway at MHS. “Excuse me. Where can I find Mr. Daley?” P2 “I’m Mr. Daley. But everyone calls me Mop.”P3 Hello, Mop, I’m Rich Banks. Someone else can do the cleaning around here. I’ve got a new job for you!
In today’s episode, The Joker pays a visit to Milford. In any normal house, a girl whose brother chased away every guy would complain to her parents, who would tell him to knock it off. But Wendy seems to accept this situation.
Panel 2 is weird, even for this strip. Not only do we have the heartbreak of EES, we also have insane random laughter. Did they both have a big bong hit in between panels? Is the idea of asking a girl out supposed to be hysterically funny? Gil Thorp is always entertaining! :-)
Both the boys are laughing with adolescent embarrassment. Jack is looking down to realize that he has “full wood” as a result of thinking about Wendy. Malik must be thinking, “Dude, I ain’t walking around with you till you lose that!”
I wonder if that’s some kind of dancing video game they are playing, or something more appropriate for Milford, like finding missing children in Candyland.
In all reality, Wynn doesn t dislike Keegan asking Wendy out because Keegan acts normal and isn t fantisizing about Wendy s video. Nice to see Wynn and Wendy playing Atari together.
What exactly are they standing in front of in panel one? Is supposed to be a window or a big screen TV? Whatever it is it looks like they are walking into it.
Don’t be nice to me now JPW or might l have to take you, CJ. Bear, Sportsguy, Ellis and maybe others out of the story line. Can’t take Mop out or there is no story.

Keegan is acceptable because he’s Catholic and his parents can afford tuition at a parochial high school.
