We're surrounded by zombies!!! Head to the kitchen! We'll make a run for it out the back door! Chances are slim we'll both make it through the zombie horde... But if one of us goes down, it'll create a feeding frenzy diversion, and most likely allow one of us to escape... Right. I'll check to see if the coast is clear... Ok, ready?... On the count of three... One... Two... Man, I had a really messed up zombie dream last night... Was I in it? Well, you... Um... No, actually you weren't in it...

According to the professor in Day of The Dead (1985) my favorite zombie film, the zombies don’t eat because they are hungry. Their eating is instinctive. He demonstrates this in his lab on a zombie with its stomach removed; it still tries to eat. So mustard or ketchup are rather unlikely to arouse the zombies’ appetite.
In fact, judging by what a cheapskate Monty is, they are probably the cheapest brand and will probably repel the zombies instead.
