So is he looking at the pictures of the circulatory system? I don’t see why he’d be so freaked by anything in the pages, except possibly the human reproductive system.

This one reminds me of a “Garfield” strip from a while back.
In that one, Garfield’s expressions were identical throughout, except his stomach was gurgling in the last panel marked “Hungry”.
I had a tee shirt with multiple cat faces….all the same…the idea was to be able to read different cat emotions.
