I hope we have all realized by now that the amount of water found above sea level is fixed by the amount of heat energy present to move sea water to inland areas, and that cold seas from the ice age cause desertification and glacial recession as major effects and atmospheric warming as a secondary effect of the absence of water above sea level on land masses to covert thermal energy into kinetic energy. This means, of course, that there is no evidence of anthropogenic global climate change at all, according to the laws of thermodynamics. Our inability to dodge that rather large obstacle to our schemes and to reform ourselves to the consequences of its impact may doom our brobdingnagian plans for life on this planet. Humorous, isn’t it?
I’m kind of torn on the global warming thing. On the one hand at the zoo they had a display showing how the habitats of polar bears are shrinking in size due to warming. On the other hand, last winter was darn cold. Still is, in some places.

Tell him the one about global climate change. He’s not ready for the facts just yet.
