If they were only wading birds, the only fish they could catch would be Walking Catfish, and I think they are a few thousand miles too far south for that.

Penguins have more reasons than most to be upset and downright hostile about their lot in life. And yet they’ve remained so incredibly cute and docile as they waddle hither and yon across the barren wastelands.
They have much to teach us.
