I was a work and had people showing up an hour earlier than expected. We were simply not prepared with whole departments broken down and equipment scattered all over the place, had to do a rush job the get everything put back together so the next shift could get started. At home, in bed, asleep, would be a much preferred alternative.

I did the same thing and it seems to have worked out well for me. Got up at my usual time and didn’t feel any ill effects at all.

Got up for church, but am more than ready to crawl back into bed now! Coping=napping.
