This is what millennials call “working”. And it comes with affordable health care, which is the right of every american with a self-inflicted pre-existing condition.
I have work dreams all the time and I have been retired 3 years. Most of the time I am working with bosses from two or three different jobs………I usually wake up tired and sometimes in a BAD mood.,,,,lol
I don’t know whether i’m retired or not. My first employer (who sent me a pension when I turned 65) says I’m retired. Social Security says I’m retired. Yet I never signed any papers including those words. I haven’t worked at a regular job for ten years. But in some ways, I’d still rather be working.
Cartoonist Rick Veitch did a whole series of dream comics, RARE BIT FIENDS. In one issue he recounts a dream where he’s floating in his father’s place of work. He looks down to see his father, on his deathbed, in the middle of the shop floor, kissing his bosses’ hands. Freudian much?
I worked 3rd shift at a processing plant. If you fell asleep you were fired immediately including during break and lunch. First shift was allowed to take naps at lunch.

I still have dreams that I work at a place I was at over 20 years ago. Of course, being dreams, there are always strange and surreal differences.
