Something like this actually happened to me when I was camping out in costume for ROTS. A couple of people with a camera came up to me and said they were doing a study for college and interviewed me. It was pretty awesome.

SWEEK! I love it! My daughter and I (and friends) slept out on line for a Lord of the Rings Marathon in December in DC. I was in my 40s :o) My mother joined us at 7:00 am. She was in her 70s. My daughter is a proud 3rd generation geek.
