There is nothing wrong with talking to yourself and it’s even ok to answer yourself, but when you’re talking to yourself and stop and say," what did you say?" then you’re in trouble.
It still bugs me as I walk down the aisle of a Safeway store and have some nut jabbering away to himself incoherently..I know he’s on his bluetooth ,but, 15 years ago the guys with the butterfly nets would be coming to get him..
It’s even worse than what you said, oldpine. It’s ok to talk to yourself, and it’s even ok to argue with yourself – but when you argue with yourself and LOSE, then you’ve got a problem!
