Dietary cholesterol (what you eat) doesn’t affect your blood cholesterol levels. Eating fat is good for your body in general, although the fat used for frying the chicken probably isn’t a nutritious. Now if it had lots of breading, made from refined flour, it would be bad for your health.
Please stop promoting the old, disproved, myth that eating fat and cholesterol are bad for you. Complain instead when they eat things with refined sugars and flours.
Wow, usually I find these comments pretty entertaining. Not so much from the “fats and cholesterol are good for you and carbs are the height of all evil” militant brigade. I’m with Phatts (who btw made no “ill-informed” comment). This is a comic strip, not a nutrition lecture class.
