    Mmmm, carne adovada, on the outdoor grill, smothered in green chili, beans, rice and warm, fresh tortillas made with real lard.

    Melek – How on earth do you cook carne adovada on a grill? Maybe it is a totally different dish where you are from.My version is pork, cubed, and covered in red chili. This is then marinated for 24 hours and slow-baked or cooked in a slow cooker for several/many hours. I’m actually making a batch this evening.
