I think he destroyed both zero guns with his wind up freeplay raygun. In the past a zerogun gave away their positions, and so far those gave Jim and Sarah a firepower advantage over Holly and Wally. Wally is in charge again, if Clive can be trusted. We’ll see. Vote! Support Endtown.JusSayin

We never did determine if the zero guns would even work for a raccoontant or lizardtant. I guess now we’ll never know. Clive is apparently unconcious too, or he’d be self-repairing and complaining by now.
Wally’s comment, “No seatbelts.. go figure…” makes me wonder. It suggests that seatbelts are as common on conventional cars and trucks of his universe as they are in ours. Why don’t the PTs have them? Do Topsider “drivers” have such a strong need to be able to leave the transporter as quick as possible to make the crash injury risks worthwhile? Do the Topsiders have so much faith in the mutant brains guiding these tracked trucks that they believe they will always be able to avoid a crash or do they believe that there is nothing out in the wastes to crash into? The risk of crashing may be low compared to driving a car on urban streets, but they were willing to spring for that fancy self repair module that PTs still have, which suggests that bad things can happen to transporters in the wastes, why not splurge on seatbelts while they’re at it.Do tanks and construction equipment come with seatbelts?
Wally was using good mutant judgement. Since those guns can track them like I’ve heard that mobile phones can be used to keep of where we are.it would be a disaster to have a squad of top-siders show up any time soon.I’m concerned that Clive may be beyond repair. When last has DOL posted?
Regarding the lack of seatbelts- I’d WAG that either the transporters don’t have them because they don’t expect to need them trundling across the Great Waste, or there is a restraint system that wasn’t used in this case (airbag or nanite structure?)

Wally has a zero intolerance policy toward guns.

It could be that they are still invisible, and he was just staring at that strange empty hole in the middle of the rubble. ;-)

Is Clive “out cold”, too?

When you don’t know what you are facing, destroying your weapons doesn’t seem too bright.

I doubt the TS have a libertarian streak. How could a libertarian run a eugenics program?
