    Not sure I understand your issue with wax beans that happen to be grown organicly. I assume that you are aware that wax beans are like Green Beans, only they are yellow instead of green. Both are fantastic to eat.

    however, in our society, we will deep fry the wax beans, marinate those in a butter sauce, and smother them with mayonnaise and ranch blend. so, no nutritional value from said veggie.
