Awww! My cousin had a dog who was a whippet called Sally. She ran away. Afterwards, He got a dog called Bryn who he had for a very long time and then Bryn got old, he had pains in his legs and then… well… the rest followed.-Now he has two dogs named Flash & Archie. He got Archie a few years after he got Bryn. So the latest dog is Flash.-Archie is a West Highland White Terrier and Flash is a whippet. So was Bryn.-That’s the reason why I’ll always prefer dogs to cats.-I couldn’t ever travel by myself. I would need to have someone with me in case I got lost.-What exactly is Mercury? Never heard of it. Sorry to hear your dentist wasn’t very friendly.-Well… Here’s Trigger!

I bet Bryn stayed with his man just like Oscar can walk about with his guy, off leash. I bet that other one’s a Flash -in-the-pan when the food hits the bowl.-West Highland…. sounds regal and highly unaffordable. -I missed the “reason” you prefer dogs. I like ‘em both. -Having a travel partner can be fun and gives someone to talk to. -Mercury: the liquid-at-room-temperature metal… and also “Freddie”.-He was coldish. -As promised….-Made some good progress on the porch painting today and expect to tomorrow as well. Heather planted some Marigolds and noticed a bunch of them missing. I think the rabbit has been doing some extracurricular munching. I have sprouts in the garden. Put some broccoli seeds in the second box today and have 5 of the ten tomato seeds sprouted. I reseeded 4 and covered the pots with clear plastic, according to the garden mag. recommendation. -Finally Friday coming up and my goatcart has 4 flat tyrees. .Addendum: I had used the word “dike” with a why and can’t remember what strip it was, only that I was having fun with it. What ƹʅɗʘ said about the 12th. They told to write back then..Hello, Cappers Cappers Cappers….
Re yesterday:.We don’t have groundhogs here, unless you’re referring to Tony McFee!.The sun’s been shining quite a bit lately in his part of the country.
Probably my all-time favorite Andy episode is one where Andy is growling at Flo (and the rest of the world) while he’s leaving the house with his suitcase. Flo is crying into her hanky. Then a salesman or a survey taker or somebody asks Flo, “Pardon me, do you know Andy Capp?” Flo replies, “I should do, I’ve been studying dramatics under him for twenty-odd years!” Because Flo and Andy both know they’ll be back whenever either one of them leaves (or is tossed out!)

I have a photo of Bryn in a frame and on the back my cousin wrote “To Annelise, Love Bryn x”-I knew Mercury was something else other than the planet.-Now a word (or several) from Trigger: “Hey there, Gweedo! Thank you very much for that glistening green apple. My mouth watered just looking at it. My leg is all better and I’m back to galloping around the yard and taking Number Three to her toon tours. I don’t see why she can’t get some exercise and just WALK for once! Don’t tell her I said that though. Must fly now. Neigh!” -You think I’ve lost it, don’t you? Be honest.

The groundog’s not here, man. Our hedgehogs are thought of as helpful creatures, as they eat garden pests. Aren’t there hedgehogs in the US? If I felt like it I would introduce snakes (Not the biting kind) into Ireland tomorrow.
