He looks like some 20 year-old worthless, knothead neighbors I have that just leech off of their Mom, don’t have jobs, hang around the neighborhood getting into to trouble and fouling up the entire block with their cigarettes!
They should, instead, be sentenced to be responsible adults with “hard work” employment that supports their mother!
