After Snowden leaked to the world about the NSA, the Kremlin decided it was going back to typewriters, which isn’t such a bad idea. All these kompooters, high tech, info systems and social networking makes much, much more money. It also makes it easier for crooks and seems to encourage more people to become crooked. Ultra conservatives, such as the Amish, have the right idea: Don’t tamper with success!
Changing slowly isn’t bad, but those who change too quickly will lose much of their personal power, will become vulnerable and will have to spend much of their “gains” just trying to protect them. And when we change we also give up some morals and values, as can be noticed in older movies and books.
