had a watch-cat years ago - Mrs Beasley. If she looked, listened and/or moved off; you knew something was going on. At night she would jump on you to be sure you were awake. Wonderful, lovely, loving cat - still miss her.
hey old joe… with obtuse and left field comments like ‘Red likes to play spaceman.’ I am not sure if you are for real or pulling some long term performance art piece on the pages of gocomics… is all of this just some sort of conceptual joke on us???
Just so you know… I am probably as ‘old’ as you are (give or take a few years). We probably share memories of more than a few world events. When I call you ‘old joe’ is has nothing to do with age… and as you can certainly guess it ain’t a term of reverence either… unless this is all a joke… in which case I bow down to your brilliance…
My lab used to look at me like that too. The thought behind the look was… Is it time to feed me yet, is it time to feed me yet, is it time to feed me yet. Come on feed me. Feed me now.

On of my neighbors keeps his dogs outdoors. They yap and whine all night and sleep all day.

I think dogs are our RL guardian angels but, then, ours bark at hallucinations too. Dog knows☼

My Basset Cleo likes Brian Basset for reminding me of the good times I had with my dog ‘sugar’ when I was 10…..

They also watch you after they’re gone. I sometimes feel the presence of my dogs Captain and Chipper. Lord, I miss those two.

I thought Snoopy was cute, but I just love this dog. Wish I had one just like him.
