Mrs. Olsen: Okay, for Monday...
Caulfield: Mrs. Olsen, could you go easy on us? I've got a huge to-do list!
Frazz: You have "throw rocks in the pond" on a full sheet of poster board.
Caulfield: I said it was a huge list, not a long list.
Good teachers do ease up a bit in the last couple of days….A “We made it!” attitude takes over…..Let the kids ease into the summer….All the tests are over….Have some fun….And if it doesn’t involve cupcakes, you may not be a good teacher…Sayin’….
Silly loophole. Caulfield could have used one of those rolls used by cash registers, and written “Throw rocks in the pond” on it with three-inch-wide letters. That would have been a long list.

Do they still allow cupcakes in school? Or do teachers have to bring in celery sticks?

My friend’s school only allows “homemade” cupcakes if they are mixed and baked in the school’s kitchen!! Icky store bought are okay though.
