He’s showing you that he love you by sitting through that boring meeting, and thousands like it, instead of doing what he really wants to do – which is most anything else.

They person who pays him is funny that way . . . she thinks she should be getting what she pays him for, not to have him carry on petty conversations to boost the “self esteem” of someone else (who obviously has esteemed herself the most important person in the world anyway!)
