Well, this makes perfect sense, except that only one rabbit, the chicken, and the pig have clothes on. The others are scandalous! ;-)

Seems like Boog has inherited the main GA character spot from Skeezix. Why not?

I know the line of “Chicken in a bread pan scratch in’ out dough” from a 1979 song by The Charlie Daniels Band called “The Devil Went Down to Georgia”.

“What’s a haid?” It’s that there thang sitting up top o’ yer neck.

No doubt the late Carson Robison would have been pleased…..

It kinda reminds me of “Girl”, the audition strip that eventually led to “Heavenly Nostrils”.

“Chicken in the bread pan” and all the other lines in that part of “The Devil went down to Georgia” are traditional songs and square-dance calls much older than “Devil” itself.

Today’s strip is so much fun to watch. Almost wish I was there to have dancing fun. I really enjoyed.

Makes up for a couple of hours ago seeing an injured rabbit hobbling around, apparently after a tussle with a hawk. Nature isn’t always this cute.
