I work in a high school, and have lost count of the times students just walk right into each other (and sometimes into doorways) because they’re staring into their phones.
I crashed a forklift while training at work. Later they hired what turned out to be my replacement before they laid me off. I worked there long enough to see that my replacement was texting and driving the forklift at the same time. Whatever. Workers walking along at work also text and walk, so it’s a matter of time before they meet, but I wont be there to see it.

Today I saw an ambulance driver using his phone whilst “in control” of his vehicle. They have a perfectly good hands free radio.
