Not hard to do in my town, our Main Street only has 1 traffic light, our entire town only has 1. Now the city I came from was also easy. Any of the east/west roads with lights have a system. If you just go the posted speed limit all you have to do is hit one green & the rest will be green by the time you get there.
Jo Clear (aka: Grasshopper): Only if they are synchronized with both the speed limit and each other, and if your speedometer error (all cars have one and it varies with speed) is unwaveringly 0 at that speed.

Lights timed for 35 mph are also good for 70.

The only time I consistently hit green lights is when I want to hit a red so I can look at a map or something.
