Already this month I have had to run off three missionaries.I see on the Internet that we are in the “Last Days.” I guess these are the guys that missed Harold Camping’s Rapture Day.Trying to squeeze the last bit of profit out of prophets, I suppose. When I was a kid in Arkansas, a preacher convinced his flock that the world was about to end. They sold all their property, gave the money to the preacher and then moved to a mountain to await The Coming. The preacher disappeared and the faithful claimed he had gone on “to prepare the way” for them. For all I know the fleeced flock are still on that mountain

All he has to say at the last second is “Forgive me of my sins”. That’s all. Hey, it works for the preachers who steal from the flock.
