Slippery eel, he’s got an ‘out’. Only the House of Representatives can introduce spending bills! The originators of the Constitution didn’t trust Senators with the tax payers’ money any farther then they could carry and elephant!! You could get rid of a spendthrift Congressman every two years.
So now we know how well introducing spending bills in the House works. They do it with the greatest of ease cuz it’s not their money and they don’t have to worry about it.
