I think that she is very obnoxious and rude and is only trying to sell herself on TV. Tell her to shut up and let a person with a brain talk about something that is important!!!!
She doesn’t have the attention span to let Skeezix get started… his mind just needs to get a little traction, and then he’ll be off. Maybe a little kitty litter under the tires…
I don’t know about Llewellenbruce but if she treated me that way on TV I’d say that and a whole lot more. Since the moment Skeezix walked in the door of WGAS he’s been mistreated and been rude to. He’s got a right to have his say without being treated like a buffoon. They invited him to speak, he’s doing them a favor. How old he is doesn’t even come into question on this issue. It’s a matter of common courtesy.
Art imitates life…I’ve actually seen local anchors/interviewers do this on morning shows. Some of them - particularly the rookies - are afraid of ANY amount of silence, and forget that one or two seconds seem much longer when you’re in front of the camera. However, the audience barely notices.
She’s more punk than spunk. Perhaps mostly inexperienced. Never mind, times’ up.
Not to fret, Skeezix. There’s got to be some better way waiting for you to express yourself in the next day or so. Perhaps there you will have a more captive audience and without interference.
Well, Skeezix had a fight with some kid in the late 1930s, a rival for Nina I think. They Indian leg-wrestled, and there may have been some questionable language exchanged in the aftermath.

“BALLEW” ?
Scancarelli gave her the right “name” … she keeps “cutting” of every one of Skeezix’s comments.
I’m afraid, she doesn’t even have a “nose” for interviewing.

I think what it’s filtering through is what she’s full of.
I’ve had a couple of these types of interviews. Unfortunately, they weren’t live so they could edit out what I really told them.

Oh, Joe-Allen, you must watch nothing but pap on TV, to be offended at the possibility of someone saying “hell” on the air. Welcome to reality.

Skeezix’s jacket is open. When in uniform if it’s on, it must be buttoned, or taken off.
