Never saw a modern TV broadcasting studio without an emergency generator before.

Same here, Dypak…wonder if WGAS-TV’s generator ran out of “gas?”

This power loss was too bad since Skeexie was getting to his point. Newenglandah I don’t live out east but a few years ago there where several eastern states including NYC that lost total power tv news showed people walking home. Power grid was knocked out for several hours and I think it was summer time. I can’t remember what created the mass power loss but millions with no power.
