The artificial shortening in fat-free cookies was an amazing lubricant laxative. You could eat a whole bag and they would be back out again before you got home.
Low-fat foods are loaded with sugar and salt to make them taste like something, anything! You’re just as well off to eat the good stuff and be done with it.
