What I will do this summer...
boy: Right here on page 6: my parents taking me to H2OMG water park! Frazz: What's pages 1-5? boy: Mostly me begging my parents to take me to H2OMG.
When your comic strip is based on a SCHOOL janitor, I guess you have to milk the last day of school for all it’s worth. What I have a problem with is, the kids going in and out of the classroom to talk to Frazz as they’re doing the assignment.
I pictured this as the kids talking to Frazz after class, during lunch or recess. Though, yes, some of the earlier conversations sounded like they were happening in parallel, I chose to understand them as the kids telling Frazz the story as if they were reliving it (as kids do) and Frazz replying in the kids’ context (as adults too often do NOT do).
Kroykali, I’m fortunate enough to sub in two school districts where the students are very well behaved, and are given lot of freedom of movement (with permission)…..We let kids read or work in the hallway all the time…..If they want to go talk to another teacher, go to the library, talk to other adults or even friends, if it has to do with a project they’re working on….They just have to ask first…..
After reading this did anyone else flash on the Simpson’s episode where they ended up getting a pool (after every 5 seconds of the kids saying “can we have a pool dad?”)?

This arc has become truly tedious.

There are not many strips out there as intelligent as this one fairly consistently is.

Yep, this time of year, many kids around here are trying to get their parents to Cedar Point of view.
