good morning and another hot and humid thursday locos Maybe I should start counting the days until winter (summer officially starts on Saturday)

It is never a good sign when you’ve only just begun the day, and you already wish it were over.

Akenta I’ll take the humidity and heat over the polar vortex. Too bad it can’t be spring and fall all year round.

Hi AKENTA and JOHNNY. I agree with JOHNNY. That polar vortex made me dread winter for the first time. I prefer Spring to fall. And I love summer, no matter what. Poor AKENTA. Maybe you should move north. ;-)

YOU ALL KNOW, I LOVE SUMMER, PERIOD! Had a tornado come through the area about 9 miles from here last night after dark. 2 of my co-workers live in the town but weren’t affected. It cut across corn fields, the State Route, and close to a housing development, no injuries, lots of downed trees, broken windows and power lines, though.

Tornadoes ripped through a town in S.W.Ontario,wrecking about 100 homes, but no deaths on Friday the 13th. First, ice storms, now tornadoes. Last year we had major flooding.
