Powdered. Not like brewed tea. Traditional Southern sweet tea is not my choice either. Brew a gallon, add 5 pink packets – not too sweet, but sweet enough.
If I drink iced tea, which I rarely do, I prefer no sugar. Iced tea in my region is always served sugar free. If you cross the border into B.C. It is served sweetened.
Boil 1qt. water. Steep tea (12 bags) in water. Pour in pitcher. Boil more water. Steep same tea in water. Pour in pitcher. Put pitcher in refrigerator until cold.In tumbler, place 1/3 cold tea, 1/3 cold water and 1/3 cold sweetened or unsweetened fruit juice of your choice.Mind the caffeine kick.
