According to my observations, here's what's trending: Bubble wrap, women's ice hockey, Daniel Romano, Gluten-free pizza, and Al Roker. Now, here's the stuff that's jumped the shark: Hold it: Hasn't "jumped the shark" jumped the shark? It had, but now it's back in the all-important "retro" category. Good to know.

I buy the frozen GF pizza crust, then add cheese and pepperoni; it tastes very good to me, even if it is square…

“Jump the Shark” is actually a reference to the show “Happy Days” when Arthur Fonzarelli jumped over a shark tank on water skis. After this episode, the show’s quality began to go downhill. “Jump the Shark” is an idiom for when something becomes unpopular.

“The Simpsons” jumped the shark when it reached season 11.
