During a space shortage our Biology department used trailers numbered B-1 through B-15. I suggested the trailer next to B-4 be named “After” and the trailer next to B-9 “Malignant.”

….and before “neglect.”

This joke B older than Broomie’s Plymouth.

Benign is the one number I was missing at last night’s Bingo.

In my halcyon days, the joke I ran into and loved the most was “defeat on defense?” It was accompanied by a cartoon of a hillbilly by a fence with his bare feet…you get the picture. This was in a spelling book used in Ohio schools at the time!

Reminds of a mock comic strip in a sci-fi magazine I read once dealing with Spiderman and the BORG and a barbecue … in one part of the story one BORG insulted another one saying … “9 of 8 is a tard”

Actually most of the comments(though they are good)are older than Cosmo’s DeSoto.

Benign has two meanings:

Winner- because the next guy is beaten (B-10); and Smart- not following bait (B-8).
