Umm, it rained 40 days and nights. They were on the arc a lot longer than that - read about it in Genesis.

At least there will be a pretty rainbow to look forward to.

Nothing about baths or waste removals mind you. Imagine cleaning up and cleaning 2 of every animal in the world. Multiple times a day. For over a month and a half at least.

Joe, maybe Noah stayed behind to clean up after the animals. That’ll surely take months to do.
