It’s because of the growth hormones they put in the dairy cows, everything gets dosed with the hormones and that is the cause.

Actually, they attribute some of it to the fact that the Trigger for Puberty seems to be when the girl reaches a particular percentage of her eventual Adult Weight. Because Americans, in particular, tend to Overeat, young girls are reaching that “Trigger” Weight earlier than ever before in human history.
