Exactly. I’m one of those who are sticklers when it comes to the environment, but in a cartoon it is a welcome escape from reality. I recall the tire fire in Tracy, California that burned for about two years.
Not only stink, it will be the end for that old locomotive too. I’m surprised at Jim. He knows enough about steam locomotives to do better than this for a story.
