These aren’t new, so libraries weren’t as technologically diverse… and they often have half-hour limits on computer use, and limited programming. For someone learning the skills, that can be a hard set-up. She also determined that she couldn’t afford the car, it seemed to me, because she couldn’t pay for it and gas. And that at her dad’s used-car lot! $150 a month for the car she could manage, the computer and camera would be on her credit card (if she can even do that) and racking up interest immediately, while with car payments at least the interest is put in the payment plan to start.

But I have a Masters in art! Doesn’t that mean anything? Sure, your qualified for “would you like fries with that”?

Well, do what Romney recommended to pay for college, just borrow from your parents.

Olongapojoe: That whole two degrees and fries meme is a total fiction. If you have two degrees, the only thing you will be offered is “assistant manager” which means no minimum wage protection, first there and last to leave, no religious rights (you work week-ends), and blamed for any problem.
