    One of our Scouts did this on a camping trip once — and somehow was able to successfully flip it. The giant pancake turned out perfect. To this day I have no idea how he did it.

    When I flip pancakes, burgers, or even tofu, I use a spatula to do it. The tofu didn’t need any ingredients mixed together to form the slices, but can result in seared exterior surfaces but tender interiors. Cooked at home with that result, not just at Chinese restaurants.
