    I make cornbread dressing. Use cornmeal to make cornbread, then crumble it, add chopped celery and onion, seasonings, chicken or turkey stock, and beaten egg. Perfect dressing – my grandma was southern so I don’t use exact amounts but they usually have a recipe on the cornmeal bag.
